Cazuelas or Clay Cookware, has been a centuries old tradition in all Spanish kitchens. These "Cazuelas" can be used in a multitude of cooking methods.  Standard ovens, over direct flame, microwave or outside barbecue. Whatever cooking method works best is the way to go.  Cooks food moist and evenly without burning like metal and glass.  Easy clean-up is a plus too!  All Cazuelas need to be cured before first use. "Cazuelas" are lead-free and dishwasher safe. Curing instructions included in packaging.
