How do I return an item?

All items (with the exception of frames with house numbers which have been glued at the customers request) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in the original undamaged condition, additionally they must be properly packaged and fully insured for the full value at customers’ expense. A copy of our original receipt must accompany all items. We will replace the item or provide a credit for the full merchandise amount less shipping charges. Shipping and insurance charges will be fully refunded if the return is due to our error. Please call us (904) 080-0507 for a Return Authorization number, our customer service team will handle all aspects of your exchange or return requirements. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.
